Services at The Epilepsy Foundation of Metropolitan New York include those most requested by persons with epilepsy to participate as fully as possible in their communities.

These include counseling, vocational services and job placement, prevocational and respite services,, service coordination, information and referral services, socialization programs and educational presentations.

All information and training and presentations are free of charge. Other programs are also free of charge or require low cost fees. . Fees are based on a sliding scale; Medicaid, Medicare, and some third party insurance insurance is accepted.

The Foundation also sponsors support groups, community educational presentations and other events throughout the year. We are always seeking persons with a commitment to epilepsy as volunteers. .
